Open lecture: Between Matter and Algorithm: Visual Poetics in the Age of AI

On November 20, Denica Veselinova gave an open lecture at the Faculty of Arts (Campus Catalunya, Tarragona) as part of the Parlant Posthumanament programme.

The talk explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping contemporary visual creation, focusing on the influence of generative systems on the ways images are conceived and produced. The session was held in the context of her award-winning work Luminia (2024), recognised in the Identities in Transition category.
